YANIV KADOSH / PRODUCT THINKING. CREATIVE INSTINCT.

Good ideas deserve to work.

I lead products, shape the systems behind them and work closely with the people who bring them to life. From complex logic to the smallest interaction, I care about how the whole thing works and how it feels.

TEAMSLeading local and offshore development and creative teams, from a single small team to several teams working in parallel, with responsibility for product and creative direction.
PRODUCT & SYSTEMSComplex platforms, business logic, operational tools and the integrations behind them.
CREATIVEArt direction, interfaces, motion and production. Part of the work, not a layer added at the end.

Products, platforms and teams.

Different challenges, different scales. A selection of the systems I've shaped, the products I've led and the teams I've worked with.

HOW I WORK

I like to stay close to the work.

I lead teams and shape products, staying hands-on from complex system logic to the smallest detail of an animation.

The best process is one that leaves more room for the work itself.

PRODUCT / SYSTEMS / CREATIVE

I work on both sides of the brief.

The product needs a clear purpose and a system that can support it. It also needs a visual language, a rhythm and an experience that people want to spend time with. I enjoy working across both, whether that means setting direction for a team or opening the file and solving a detail myself.

PRODUCTPurpose, priorities and behaviour.
SYSTEMSLogic, flows and the machinery underneath.
CREATIVEArt direction, motion and the experience people see and feel.
AI / WORKING SYSTEMS

Building teams that include AI.

People and AI agents, working as one team. Each agent has a clear role, the right tools and a defined output, with review and improvement built in.

DANIK DIGITAL / AI-LED VENTURE

Sattala

An interactive legal game built around real court cases. Its production model is built around a team of AI agents, each with a defined role. An original venture of Danik Digital.

Experience

I started with animation and interactive work, then moved deeper into products, systems and teams. I never really left the creative side behind. It still shapes how I approach every product.

About

I can spend the morning working through a product's business logic and the afternoon refining a transition frame by frame. I have led teams and creative work, and I still enjoy getting my hands into the work. The scale changes. The attention doesn't.

Products, teams and decisions.

Some of this work began with a blank page. Some began with a complicated system or a team that needed a clearer path. These are selected chapters from the products and projects I've helped lead, build and bring into focus.

EXPERIENCE

The things I've made. The people I've worked with.

From animation and interactive products to leading teams and planning complex systems, the work has changed shape over the years. What hasn't changed is how much I enjoy making things with good people.

ABOUT

I like knowing how things work. And how they feel.

IN BRIEF

I came into technology through animation, interactive design and code. That beginning still matters to me. I pay attention to what people see, where they hesitate and what makes an experience feel natural.

Over the years, my work has expanded into product leadership, system analysis and running multidisciplinary teams. I have led a 30-person team, defined complex platforms and worked across creative, development and operations. I enjoy setting direction, but I have never wanted to lose touch with the work itself.

Sometimes that means working through a difficult integration or a set of business rules. Sometimes it means refining a screen or an animation frame by frame. I am comfortable moving between the two.

More recently, that same way of thinking has shaped my work with AI agents and automation: clear roles, connected workflows, human oversight and steady improvement.

I still get a lot of satisfaction from seeing an idea become something people can actually use.

HANDS-ON

Still hands-on. At every scale.

I can lead a team, work through a product's system architecture and then sit down to refine a transition pixel by pixel. I don't see those as different kinds of work. They are different distances from the same product.

There's always something interesting to build.

I enjoy meeting people who are rethinking products, teams or the way things work. If you think we might have something to talk about, I'd be glad to hear from you.
